Pictures and photographs implicitly convey a narrative—and that makes them ideal writing prompts for generating new short story ideas.

You can use a picture as a writing prompt in a solo exercise or with a class or writing group.

There is no cost to enter, no word limit and you can post as many entries as you wish.
