Don't care about retaining the excelling staff and move problems around instead of fixing them! Combined Individual targets in the branch equate to 3 or 4x the branch target. No regard for staff retention, always loads of jobs advertised. Worked in Metro Centre branch very clique with certain people, staff turnaround is ridiculous and concerning how higher management or head office haven’t picked up on it.
