In some instances, many children have a misconception of what it means to serve as a leader.The Future of Inclusive Education: International Trends Promoting Access and Equity for All This special issue of International Electronic Journal of Elementary Education (IEJEE) addresses the future of inclusive education for disabled people/people with disabilities. International Electronic Journal of Elementary Education (IEJEE) is acting as a peer-reviewed scientific channel for dissemination of research based-knowledge and ideas. IEJEE provides free of charge OPEN ACCESS to their readers.The special issue brings together scholars, practitioners, and advocates/self-advocates in fields such as special education, policy, Disability Studies, and teacher education. Elementary education is IEJEE’s central point of focus. The population of the study was 371 primary school teachers, while the sample size of 120 teachers was used for the study.To achieve the aim of this study, four hypotheses were formulated to direct the study.A sample of two hundred (200) students were randomly selected for the study.
