I've taken several online creative writing classes at Stanford--I really enjoyed Matthew Siegel's poetry class, I've taken several short story and one novel writing class and an MFA application course--all really helpful to prepare for an MFA program, learn to write and continue your writing process.

The instructors often change but the school offers a syllabus and a list of required reading that you buy before the class starts.
